Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ResellerMagic (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ResellerMagic helps resellers evaluate liquidation lots by estimating item-level resale value, profit, and sell-through velocity from market data. Valuations are estimates, not guarantees of price, profit, or sale.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan includes a limited number of lot valuations per month. The Pro plan is billed at $200/month and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform, and no scraping or reselling of our data beyond your own reselling operations.

5. Estimates and decisions

Bidding and purchasing decisions are yours alone. ResellerMagic is a decision-support tool and is not responsible for outcomes based on its estimates, including any recommended maximum bid.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ResellerMagic and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResellerMagic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
